B Corp Month 2024

In light of B Corp Month we’re reflecting on our journey to better business since our first B Corp certification in 2016. With each recertification (that’s 3 and counting!), we’ve been held accountable on improving the way we do things whilst also meeting the ambitious and ever-evolving business standards set for B Corp certified organisations. Though rigorous, the 5 impact categories that we’re assessed on allow us to measure ourselves against industry benchmarks and see how we're tracking.

This year we’re adopting regular internal workshops to support the individual aspirations of our team and how we can make progress collectively (Workers + Governance). We’re also looking at methods to improve and quantify how our buildings positively impact the planet (Environment). And we’re committed to ensuring that communities who are the end users of our larger projects, our clients and relevant stakeholders have their concerns and needs heard and responded to with every meeting and public consultation (Community + Customers).
