Draft Henley Precinct Plan on public exhibition

Render by DunnHillam

Precinct planning is a beautifully complex task. In the Henley Precinct Plan we worked with the community to integrate topography, existing uses and buildings, ecological protection and repair, accessibility, maintenance, financial sustainability, indigenous wisdom and culture, play for young and old, active and passive recreation, veggie gardens, football pitches, skate parks, multi-function rooms, kayak launching pontoons, bridge club, yoga, boot camp, basketball, their wedding, her 21st, his 60th, Saturday mornings, Tuesday afternoons……precinct planning involves overlaying considerations of all types. We love working at this scale, setting in place a framework that can support the community into the future.

Located on Wallumadegal Country, the Henley Precinct is a 8.6 hectare public space alongside the Parramatta River in Hunter's Hill Council.
